And no luck on getting any of my ideas out this past weekend

My back decided to pop out on me, didnt even do anything, so I couldnt get much done

But still have the ideas and will keep on trying to get those out with some imagery at one point.

feel better

I pulled something in my back a few months ago - so bad I could barely move and when I did walk I had to be all hunched over like a little old lady. It's the worst when you do something to your back!

oh my god... I threw by back out for two weeks (note the time spent not being able to move)... sneezing!

How f***ed up is that?!? aahh-aaahhh-aahh-ChOooooo* flat on the floor in tears..

i know precisly how you feel. from today, it has been one month. a muscle in my back decided it did not like being where it was so it dislocated from my lower back. let me day. PUH AYY NN
